No.

Everyone likes a certain amount of power in their hands.
The power to rule, control, take charge, predict, handle catchy situations, etc.

My answer to that is not a "no".

However, I say "no" to the fact that I don't exactly want it.
I may have it, but I don't want to rule it.

What I wanted, is simple.

I just want recognition.
Recognition of my abilities, powers, talents, attitudes - of myself.

No, I don't want to be given power.
I merely want the slightest recognition I can get.

Because, that builds in me.
Because, that reinforces me.
Because, that assures me.
Because, that makes me happy.

Why?
Because, I feel appreciated.
