Where is the "love"?
Living my whole life, seeing people that I know or don't know getting married had built a permanent schema in me. Two individuals decided to marry because they wanted to live the rest of their lives with each other, because they wanted to claim the love they had towards each other.
However, look at the definition that I searched through the online dictionary.
Where does the word "love" lies?
Where does the definition of "eternity" stands?
I woke up this morning, over heard the couple two houses away from mine quarreling, shouting to each other at the top of their lungs. I have seen and heard many similar issues that the two were debating about, and of course other issues that normally or not normally occur in marriages.
I felt like asking them, and all of the couples who were married a question:
How sure are you that the both of you are meant to be to spend the rest of your lives together, forever?
Aside from the dilemmas that marriage bring, I wouldn't deny that of course there are heaven made marriages. However, from the examples that I came across with, none of them are heavenly destined.
This again, rises so many questions that I had towards this word that brings miracles and disasters: love.
How can people take the word "love" so lightly?
So much for "love is blind".
