The irony of Psychology.

Psychology, the science of human mind or mental processes.

How irony it sounds when we, psychology students, are studying the minds of human beings based on the different aspects provided: cognitive, behavioral, biological, humanistic, fundamentalist, psychoanalysis... etc etc etc.

Why?

We study the different theories, the possible causes and effecst that lead to certain actions and behaviors of human beings.

We, are human beings, too.
Often times as we learn more about psychology, we realize even more about what contributes to who we are today as a person. No doubt, we might know clearer than anyone else the consequences of our past had formed us today.

The irony, is this.
We know the cause and we understand the aftermath.
However, we couldn't get ourselves to avoid the effect.

The past, may be the past.
Yet the future, we see the consequences,
but we couldn't take much control of the impact that it will hit on us.

but we could look at things from different point of view, different from those who didn't know and do something about it~ consequences can't be changed, but how to receive or deal with it can~

psychology is all about, understand, predict, and how to deal with it~

knowing it and doing nth but keep on thinking about it will get us no where but walking in circle. yeap, making the 1st steps to change, especially thoughts, belief and feeling is extremely hard, but it is not impossible. just need extra extra hard effort~

that's what i learn thru out this few years~ =P plus a little bit from counseling! huhuhu~

What triggers me to post another "love" topic ehh? Haha... The answer is Japanese Anime... Oh~ First of all, sorry for those who keep on visit my page... And found out there are no updates.. Maturity (1)

Now I found out what is maturity. Only part of it though. Maturity, is when a person can think about the pros and cons before they are doing something. A person who is mature, will think in as many perspective as possible before an action. He/she will think what is the worst consequences, and also the good side of the action. He/she will be prepared when their action failed. They are prepared to accept the results and pay their responsibilities for their action, as they have already for seen the negative outcome. People nowadays are just lack of maturity. They do what ever comes out of their pea brain.
